We were happy with the cleaning/suction quality, the floor vs. carpet feature, the easy removable bag, and the cordless freedom. However there are several features that this electric broom lacks that are fairly standard on classic electric brooms.

1) It doesn't stand up on its own! You have to lay it down or lean it on a wall which, for us, minimizes the freedom of a cordless.
2) The base brush does not detach from the hand held portion. This makes the suction base rather wide and eliminates the ability to squeeze into smaller spaces (i.e., behind the toilet).
3) The maneuverability is pretty rigid. It is difficult to navigate around corners.
4) The handle is rather short for us. My husband is 6 foot and I'm 5 ft 7., so you can make your own judgment on this observation.
5) The brush gets hair wrapped around it which is pretty typical however you have to unscrew the entire base to remove the brush and clean it. And when you do unscrew it the wheels and pulley system which operates the brush tend to fall out. If you don't have people with long hair in your house this may not be a problem, but if you do, it may be something to consider.
