I bought the G2 yesterday finally after seeing it on T.v. and walking by it at the store often debating on if I should spend $40 and give it a try. Well I get it home and opened it up to find that it had been used and brought back to the store and put back on the shelf! Wondered why someone did that, should of noticed the red flag right then and there! Not pleased, I had to go right back to the store to return it and told costumer service why I was returning it and what I had found so they don't put it back on the shelf again! So I grabbed another one, took it out of the box and looked it over, this one was not used. I get back home put it together and charge the battery for 8 hours. I started using it for lite sweeping and I was pleased that it was actually picking up small items like cat hair,ect.. went to the rug and it stopped working 10 mins into using it. I looked over the instructions and care took it apart and cleaned the brushes, not enough hair or debre on them for it to do the automatic shut off, couldn't figure out why it stopped. Battery is fully charged and emptied the tray, still have no idea why it will not work. So I am very diappointed that after my first purchase of the G2, and knowing why maybe the first one was brought back cause it stopped working,that I have to return mine, maybe a defect in the product I have but I will not buy another one after what has happened to me and reading the other reviews!
